• Select which investment profile is right for you

• Decide who should get your retirement fund if you die and complete the nomination form

Decide how much you want to save towards your retirement and complete either:

• the payroll deduction form if your EasyBuild policy has been set up for you by your employer

or

• the direct debit mandate if you wish to set up your own contributions
