Life Cover: qualifying requirements
For the full amount of life cover to be paid, an employee must have been a scheme member for 40 weeks. Up until that time, they will qualify for a percentage of the cover:

We will waive the qualifying requirements if the death resulted from an accident at work or while travelling to or from work.
