The future looks good with B&CE
We recently celebrated a significant milestone - 65 years of providing financial protection to construction employees.
We acknowledge that the loss of the NI concession in 2012 will have an impact on our business, but we are well placed to develop from being a niche provider to a more broadly based financial services company. This is reflected in the development of our newly refreshed brand underpinned by our vision statement: “B&CE - Dedicated to improving the financial and personal wellbeing of everyone in construction”.
Our refreshed identity will be applied to all our customer facing communications from 19th May 2008. Our future aim is to continue to provide cost effective benefits under the CIJC Industry wide agreement, in addition to, introducing a wider range of voluntary welfare products for all those who work in the industry on a voluntary basis – directly employed operatives, clerical and professional staff, the self employed and their families. This will enable you to deal with B&CE for all your employee benefits.
With plans to expand our product range, we will stop using the name ‘Template’ and our benefits will be referred to in generic terms for simplicity, for example ‘B&CE’s employee benefits’.

We don’t plan to change that vision, but we do plan to move into the future with a clear understanding of our customers’ needs.
