New agreed CIJC Working Rule Agreement

The Construction Industry Joint Council (CIJC) has announced a new agreed 2011 Working Rule Agreement.
 
Both the Royal Wedding Day on 29 April 2011 and the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Day on 5 June 2012 are recognised as extra days of holiday separate to the normal holiday entitlement on the basis that work done on either of these days is paid at basic rate with paid time off in lieu at a later date.
