Brian Griffiths
Chief Executive Officer
Brian was appointed Chief Executive Officer in April 2001. In addition to this current role, he takes responsibility for the Audit and Risk functions within the Company. He joined B&CE in 1990 as Financial Controller from the TSB Group where he held various senior financial roles and helped establish the credit card division. Previously he held a European Operational Audit role for Commercial Credit, an American commercial finance company. Prior to this, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1975, Brian worked in the accountancy profession at manager level on Audit and Corporate Recovery assignments.
John Jory
Director of B&CE Insurance Ltd
John’s role is Director of B&CE Insurance Ltd. He joined B&CE in 1995 and has over 30 years of experience within the financial services industry, having held a number of senior positions both in the UK and overseas. John campaigns vigorously on behalf of B&CE for the government to remove the unnecessary barriers that act as disincentives for lower to moderate earners to save for retirement.
